Compass has always provided a fast, easy, secure, close and truthful relationship with its customers. — but when it comes to looking for a house there is much more than just finding it.

Finding a house is one thing, finding a home is another.

Family, Friend and Community is an ongoing celebration of the values that set Compass apart from other real estate brokers.

But above all, it is a celebration of the people who make the concept of home possible.

When you search for a broker in Compass you not only find your home, you also gain a friend who will take you to the place you are looking for.

CCG is the most successful division in Chicago and for this campaign they were selected since all their clients can proudly say that CCG Chicago not only found them a house but family, friends and community that turned those 4 walls into a home.

This was a video and out-of-home (OOH) campaign that went viral in the city, as people thought it was a streaming series of the life of real estate agents and began posting about it on social media. This led to the creation of a sort of myth around it, which greatly benefited the group. 

But the most important and challenging aspect of this was how to attract millennial and Gen Z clients, who don't easily relate to buying or renting property.
